This investment is a strategic move to upgrade our facility’s smart fabrication capabilities, transitioning from traditional sawing and drilling methods to high-efficiency 3D laser processing.

Boosting Throughput with 20kW Fiber Laser Technology
The centerpiece of our new production line is a 20,000-watt fiber laser system. By integrating this high-power technology, we have significantly increased our daily output of processed H-beams and channels.
Faster Turnaround: The dual-station shuttle table allows for simultaneous loading and cutting, ensuring our production floor operates with minimal idle time.
Precision at Scale: With a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, we are now providing our clients with components that meet much tighter tolerances than industry standards.
Streamlining Fabrication: 5-Axis 3D Cutting & Beveling
To enhance our H-beam secondary processing, the new line features a sophisticated 5-axis cutting head. This allows our team to handle complex geometries in a single setup, which previously required multiple manual steps.
One-Pass Processing: We can now perform locking, hole-drilling, and marking along with precise A/C-axis beveling (±90° / ±45°) for weld preparations.
Perfect Fit-Up: High-speed automatic edge-finding sensors compensate for material deviations, ensuring that every structural joint fits perfectly on-site, reducing costly field welding adjustments.
Smart Manufacturing and Sustainable Material Use
As part of our commitment to Lean Manufacturing, the new line utilizes advanced nesting software that integrates directly with Tekla (NC1) and SolidWorks (STEP) files.
99% Material Utilization: Our proprietary nesting algorithms minimize scrap, allowing us to offer more competitive pricing by reducing raw material waste.
Digital Workflow: By syncing our CNC systems via EtherCAT, we ensure a seamless transition from the design office to the shop floor, eliminating manual programming errors.
